How to Play

Play Easter Egg Hunter online for free. Easter Egg Hunter is a Breakout-inspired brick breaking game. Rather than bricks, however, you must take out eggs using bouncing bunnies. Keep the bunnies bouncing for as long as you can until you get all the eggs. Don't forget to pick up bonus eggs and powerups. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
Choose a level from the level selection screen.
Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
Game Controls

    - Left click to launch the bunny.
    - Left click and drag to move the trampoline around.
    - Touchscreen devices
      - With your fingers, tap on the screen to launch the rabbit and move the trampoline.
      - Game Play
        Levels
        Levels are unlocked in sequence. Only the first level is playable at the start of the game.
        You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
        There are 15 levels in this game.
        Basic rules
        Take out all the Easter eggs on the top of the game screen.
        Hit the Easter eggs with a bunny. You must hit the eggs several times with a bunny to remove them.
        Keep the bunny (or bunnies) in play for as long as by moving the trampoline under them.
        Collect power ups to help you take out all the Easter eggs faster.
        This game has no time limit. Keep knocking off the eggs until you cleared them all.
        Earn points based on both the number of eggs you smashed and the number of falling bonus eggs you collected.
        Lives
        You have 3 lives at the start of the game, represented by hearts.
        Lose all 3 and it’s game over.
        You can collect falling hearts to replenish your lives.
        Scoring
        Each egg you break is worth 5 points.
        Catching falling eggs with a star on them is worth 50 points.
        Some eggs have point values on them which are added to your score when you catch them.
        Your game score is cumulative across levels.
        If you restart the game your score resets to zero while your beat levels are retained.
        Power ups
        Power ups fall as your eggs get smashed. Run into the power ups to collect them.
        The power ups are as follows:
        Fast: Makes the bunny move quickly
        Slow: Makes the bunny move slowly
        Multiple: This blue egg with 3 dots lets you launch 3 additional bunnies. You don’t lose a life until all of the bunnies fall down. You can also accumulate multiple multiples at the same time to have 4 or 5 bunnies going.
        Charge: This green egg increases the speed and strength of your bunny and brings it back to the trampoline for relaunch. Repeatedly clicking your mouse can cause it to change directions midflight.
        Red: Makes your bunny destroy eggs in a single hit rather than taking multiple hits & keep passing through them onto other eggs without bouncing off.
        Shot: This yellow egg with a drawing of an egg on it adds egg shooters the edges of your paddle.
        Arrows: Increases the width of your paddle.
        Points: Some eggs have a point value shown inside of them. Collecting them adds that number of points to your game score.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like games like Breakout.
        Once you destroy the lower eggs the game is quite easy as there is no time limit and heart power ups drop regularly throughout the game as you play.
